The demand continues to outweigh the supply in San Marino; there were a total of 15 recorded sales in April, and 13 sold above asking. (The selling price on Kerns Ave – a private sale – was not public.) The highest $/sqft went from $1,249/sqft last month to a more realistic $1,021/sqft, also on a totally renovated property. The selling price of $3,340,500 for this property on Wallingford was also the highest selling price in April. The lowest $/sqft was $684/sqft on Garfield, a street with major traffic; this home was also the lowest price sold at $1,330K for April.
